I had a great experience here! Tamin was my hygienist and she was amazing. She took her time, was very gentle, and explained everything clearly. Dr. Howard was also very kind and professional. Definitely recommend this office!

My daughter had the best expertise today at the dentist. She went in worried and scared and the dental hygienist was so patient and perfect in calming her nerves, knowing how to communicate with a nervous little girl and getting the job done. I can’t speak highly enough about the services she received and the care I felt as her mom knowing she was worried. She left with a smile on her face and asking when she should gloss next. How I so appreciated the dentist, assistants, and staff at Snodgrass and King Dental on every level today! Dental procedures can be extra challenging when there are special needs involved. Thank you so much for the extra care, excellence and professionalism. There was extra time, care and clear communication as to what needed to be taken care of. As a single mom of 3 kids, I drove over 25 miles to this clinic for almost 4 years, trusting them with my teeth and spending over $5,000 on treatment. I sacrificed my time, energy, gas, work schedule, and family time believing they truly cared about helping me. Instead, this became one of the biggest regrets and worst decisions I have ever made. Every visit, I was told something different. They kept shaving my teeth and making stronger adjustments, but my teeth only became worse over time. After all these years, I still have gaps between my teeth and now I am dealing with cracks and damage that I never had before starting treatment. The worst part is the trust. I trusted this clinic with my smile, my health, my money, and years of my life, and I feel completely let down. After everything I invested, I felt ignored, dismissed, and unsupported when problems started happening. No patient should ever feel this way after spending thousands of dollars and years in treatment. Please protect yourself, ask for copies of all your records throughout treatment, and think very carefully before choosing this clinic for orthodontic care.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We are new to the area and I spent close to 90 minutes on the phone with them to schedule appointments for our family and to go through the process of requesting records ahead of our appointments.. On the day of my son's appointment, we showed up to find out that they had no record of his appointment. The front desk ladies were very rude and not very interested in finding a solution. We ended coming back later that day to be "squeezed in" and as a result, my husband had to take an entire day off of work to accommodate this issue. At the appointment, the actual dentist had horrendous bedside manner and was very rude to both my husband and 4 year old. Fast forward two weeks and I come in for my scheduled appointment. When I come in, the same front desk ladies tell me to check in at the kiosk and that xrays are not covered by my insurance so I will need to pay $412 out of pocket before being seen. I let them know that they are listed as a preferred provider by my insurance and that additionally, I requested to have my records sent over from my previous dentist in which I had xrays completed at my last appointment 6 months ago. They tell me that they
